Growing up, we had a house on our typical route (at the corner of my street, to be precise) that sometimes, but not always, gave out full bars. It ruled and clearly left an impression on me since I still remember it clearly this many years on. It’d be cool to be that kind of memory for someone.

Think I may become The Full Bar House next year so that the like, single digit number of kids I get (6 this year so far!) get a real treat.

In my near constant surveillance of the door for trick or treaters, I spotted a cat! it ran off when I came out but I went and put out some food for it In case it comes back. Happy Halloween, lil buddy.

Me: I probably won’t get many trick or treaters again this year, so I should temper my expectations 😔
Also me: hopefully staring out the door as early as 6:15 pm 🥺
