Hi, Martin, Iโ€™m the 3d-artist in question. Canโ€™t really get you a RenderDoc capture since Iโ€™m on a Mac. Currently profiling with whatโ€™s in Godot, and woefully it wonโ€™t give me GPU numbers for Metal ๐Ÿ˜ข
Biggest thing Iโ€™ve done here is baking all material settings into vertex data and baking lights.

In the prototype, we want to be able to try lots of things. And if a play-test shows something we didnโ€™t plan for (has that ever happened?!) we want to be able to change things quickly, not waste time polishing stuff that belongs in the bin. 2/3

When developing the art-style for A Corporate Machine weโ€™re keeping it out of the prototype. It gives us room to explore the look and feel in a smaller scope, and lets us find a solid pipeline before we go full hog with production. 1/3

We made this short video a few years ago that was SUPER useful for all sorts of pitching, and I'm excited to share it now.

As someone who sees hundred of pitches from the other side of this in my publisher life, I would love it if every dev made something like this.
