9/ Good news for those on GLP-1s like Ozempic: A new study found no increased short-term risk of thyroid cancer in people using these medications. This large, real-world study brings reassurance to those taking GLP-1s. While this study is reassuring, it cannot determine long-term cancer risk.

Freddy Mercury died of AIDS 33 years ago today. With modern medical technology, he likely would have lived. Never forget how much progress against major infectious disease has been made in a short time. We are at risk now of rolling back much of that progress.

And that’s with the limited GM crops we have. Imagine what we could do with science-based decisions.

Why do we have only 13 crops approved? Because people like RFK Jr have deliberately spread lies about these scientific tools for 30 years.

And ALL political ideologies have fallen for it.

If you want to reduce pesticide use, you should advocate for GE tools in agriculture.

Because

GMO crops have reduced pesticide use 8% in the last 20 years, the ecological impact of pesticides by 17%, AND have increased yields by 22%.
