Listening to US vs. Skrmetti has been so interesting. From what I’m hearing, it seems clear that SB 1 violates the Equal Rights Act and the 14th Amendment by targeting the transgender community with prejudice.

I just heard Rep. Mace comments, and I agree- we are not equal. I want to see all women thrive and succeed, while she seems intent on demonizing and marginalizing #transgender women.

Stop demonizing us; we aren’t the issue here- predatory men are.
