Everything you nurture with your attention will grow. Your thoughts are like seeds. Choose with mindfulness what you plant in your inner garden, because that is where the world you live in begins.

The joy of life lives in the little moments: in the smile of a child, in the scent of the earth after rain, in the sound of your favourite melody. Sorrow wants to weigh you down, joy of life wants to lift you up. Give it space and it will heal you.

The beauty and tranquillity of nature offers more than just a visual treat, it brings peace to the restless mind. In the tranquil company of nature, even the most confused thoughts begin to unravel.

Maybe you don't have to do anything today. Perhaps it is enough to become still and listen to this soft whisper: You are being carried. You are not alone. Everything you need is already growing inside you. Because hope is not out there somewhere. It lives inside you. And it shines, right now.

Hope is not naive. She knows about the depth of pain, about being lost in the world. But it still decides in favour of life, in favour of a new beginning, in favour of tomorrow.
