Simple, the law only applies to those who oppose the Trump regime.

In some ways, Trump has succeeded in proving that the Constitution is only as powerful as those who are responsible for enforcing and abiding by it. It means little if a far-right regime is its steward.

Once we begin to understand that there is no longer a consensus support for liberal democracy, the sooner those of us who are pro-democracy can find common ground.
