Not trying to mourn what I could of been with these study habits. Trying to go easy on myself cause I know 18 years ago my frontal lobe wasn’t as developed. And I wasn’t as self aware of my bad habits. Giving my self grace

Since September I’ve gotten back into reading. I’m up over 20 books thus far. It had been 10+ years since I picked up a book for fun. I’ve 💜 this journey so much and it’s more exciting that my kids love reading too. So this is truly a family adventure. Little ol me would be so proud 🥰

Why do moms feel guilty when they need to do self care. I literally went yesterday on my lunch break to get my hair done and then realized I had time to do my nails and after another hour in the nail salon. I felt like I was doing too much and needed to rush home 😢😢🥲
