Totally agree! This practice crosses the line of state and federal authority, and its legality and legitimacy need to be carefully examined.

Well, apparently my "issue" with diet sodas a few days ago was due to an upset stomach, not just detesting soda in general. It's cleared up thankfully, and may go back to two 20oz bottles of soda again, or not, depending on how I feel about it, but I still like soda.
