We recognize that many faculty and institutions are navigating complex transitions and challenges, and we want to ensure teams have adequate time to develop thoughtful proposals and gather the institutional support needed for meaningful participation.

In light of the significant policy changes impacting higher education in the past weeks, we are extending the VELI application deadline to February 19, 2025.
