Yesterday reminded me of something I’ve seen across history: chaos doesn’t wait for us to be ready. It arrives sometimes the most random, unexpected places and ways. You think everyone’s watching the same show — and yet, the lines between truth, manipulation, misunderstandings, and indifference blur. I’ve studied history long enough to know: these moments aren’t random. They are tests. Tests of endurance. Tests of morality. Tests of a collective memory. The question isn’t how crazy the chaos is today — it’s whether we let it define what we accept and normalize tomorrow. FYI: NONE OF THIS IS NORMAL! And you don’t need to be a historian or lawyer like me to be able to see that. This chaos will escalate; given everything. That is almost guaranteed. Most see this as well. The question isn’t just what happens next. It’s what we do when it happens. Every day, the world tests our attention, our empathy, and our courage. It asks whether we notice what matters, whether we speak when silence serves power, whether we act when inaction is consent.

The lines are blurry — that’s the point. The noise is relentless — that’s intentional. And yet, in the midst of it all, there is agency. Not perfect agency — Not total control. But you have enough to hold fast to your principles, enough to question the bs narratives, and enough to bend even a sliver of the chaos toward something better. For all our sakes, I hope you lean into that agency. Yesterday’s headlines, tomorrow’s headline — they are moments y’all, not infinite inevitabilities. We decide where to swim, where to anchor, and where to push back. So breathe. See clearly. Hold steady. Learn as much as you can; and laugh to keep from crying if you have to. 😭🥴 But whatever you do, just keep going. Take a moment, and if you want..pick a number from today’s list.
