07.09.2025 16:21 — 👍 2 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0It's on its way 😎
07.09.2025 16:01 — 👍 1 🔁 0 💬 1 📌 0Added enemies and a leveling system. One of the weapons is a laser beam that shoots out when you stomp down 😁 It's very satisfying!
I need some more inspiration for weapons in a game like this though 🤔

Did a blockout of my game for the @DINOJAMofficial today! Very happy with the game feel already 😁
Will it be a Doodle-Jump-Survivors-like? Maybe 😏
Got this one in today!
A great Godot book for beginners by Robert Henning and I had the pleasure of writing the foreword 🤗
I'm proud of what we accomplished with this update 😁

30.07.2025 20:37 — 👍 0 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0It's just a generic cover yeah. Although I wish the headband pad was easier to replace too, I do understand it's a harder spot to do that.
29.07.2025 16:04 — 👍 0 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0Maybe I also just dragged out changing mine a bit too long to be honest 😅
29.07.2025 11:34 — 👍 0 🔁 0 💬 1 📌 0Please don't 😬
I did order a cover for that too, just hasn't arrived yet 😅
Some new earpads and this badboy looks as good as new 8 years later 🤗 Decent headphones are a good investment if you maintain them
29.07.2025 09:04 — 👍 10 🔁 0 💬 4 📌 0Did a crawly vines shader in Godot today, it's simple but effective 😁
28.07.2025 15:39 — 👍 11 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0It's the first time I did multiplayer on a commercial product and I learned so much.
I have to say that multiplayer is real chenanigans 😅
Been working on the multiplayer in Dino-Ducks Dash at @duckosaurus.bsky.social for the last few weeks and I'm proud to say that it's ready to be played now 🤗

Oh ok yes! I added this and it does indeed add a lot, now every state has it's own kind of feedback 😁 Thanks!
25.04.2025 14:47 — 👍 1 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0That's a good idea! A bit like this?
25.04.2025 12:04 — 👍 1 🔁 0 💬 1 📌 0I need feedback on the juice!
What do you think of these attack animations? Do they feel saticfying enough?

24.04.2025 16:10 — 👍 1 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0It has hands!
Or, well, at least a right hand 😅
And off course blood also splatters on the weapon that is held.

Another software ruined 😒
24.04.2025 15:22 — 👍 0 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0Looks pretty structured!
24.04.2025 12:03 — 👍 1 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0Yeah I get that! It's nice that the engine lets you create games however you want though 😁
23.04.2025 21:31 — 👍 1 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0I always try to abstract scenes nicely, but sometimes it's just not worth it 😅 Hats of for the discipline!
Also, never connecting signals through the Node tab is kinda ok, these kind of signals are sometimes harder to find back anyway 😅 Do you also never use the groups system from the editor?
Yeah, it's nice to have them quickly if needed. Most of the time they are just there chilling out though 😅
23.04.2025 15:56 — 👍 1 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0Ok, I just installed the same theme and it looks amazing indeed 😁
And you can keep the same layout between versions in some way, but I just re-configure everything every time 😅
This is quite bold 👀 You're scene tree is the smalest element 🤔
23.04.2025 15:55 — 👍 1 🔁 0 💬 1 📌 0Show me your default Godot Engine Editor setup!
This is mine 👇
I like to:
* Have the split file manager
* Give the scene tree it's own column
* Have the inspector and node tabs always in sight
* Use the script button in the scene tabs
