A Rohingya man from an IDP camp in Pauktaw was allegedly detained with accusation of theft by AA last week. Yesterday, camp leader was informed that he escaped from detention and today his dead body was found near the beach of IDP camp.

The victims were identified as:

(1) Foys (Ba) Shamshu (17 years old)

(2) Yasin (Ba) Ashoutali (15 years old)

(3) Jani Alam (Ba) Abu Ahmad (15 years old).

Today, 2025 The skulls and bones of three Rohingya youths who were killed and buried by AA forces on February 25 were found by villagers two months and eight days later in a place near Kyauk Khaung village, according to locals.

When their families heard about the arrests, they went to the AA camp the next day to ask about them, but an AA official responded, "They were not arrested."

Rohingya residents of Paan Zee Hamlet,Badaga village (northern Buthidaung), were forcibly ordered by Arakan Army on Feb 16 to stay in a paddy field west of Paan Zee market during the day.They are evicted daily and only allowed to return home at 7 PM.There are about 500 families.

On Feb 6 at 4:00 PM in the evening,a landmine explosion occurred Shwe Zar Maungdaw.Three Rohingya,including a young child,were injured in the blast.The victims have been identified as Nur,Shahey and Kyaw.This incident highlights the ongoing danger faced by Rohingya due to landmine in the village.

Hameeda, a survivor of gang rape by the Arakan Army, is a 22-year-old woman from Shidapara village, Maungdaw township. She fled with her two children and youngest sister, Hameera.Now they are staying in a temporary shelter at Camp-16 in refugee camp.
