it has Many Many complaints about ubuntu

a common first mistake in linux is going for arch as a first distro

like this one's non technical family can get around the Fedora Workstation and KDE liveusbs, not the Arch liveusb

this one personally recommends Fedora, it's about as easy as Debian/Ubuntu and also has newer software :3
