Oral bc pills are also wild to me. So many people take them but it seems like the grapefruit and antibiotics pieces are rarely discussed. Same with how they affect absorption, metabolism, and/or excretion of several vitamins and minerals 🥲

This is something that always baffles me. As a dietitian, I'm always shocked when I have clients that tell me they've never heard of this. Like whyyyy are prescribers and/or pharmacists not mentioning this when people often take their meds with breakfast? A time when people often drink orange juice?

Yeah I was kinda thinking that too! But usually the fishnets are just the actual netting, so I'd think the bunching with the layer underneath would still be easily visible. But also, I have no idea if there are more expensive tights that hold up better than what we'd all be familiar with? Idk 🤣

This was my first thought, too, but with how heavy that all is, I'd think it'd look like it's pulling on the tights. Like there's no sag/pull on the tights themselves, which would make me think they'd been edited to correct that (in which case, how'd the miss the pin?) OR it's not actually pinned?

Y'all have we discussed that during the LPSS credits when she and Jack are chatting, and he asks her what she named her home studio that she created for that album, she said Kitty Committee Studios?? I'm now seeing that it's listed as one of the studio locations on folklore but... !!!

The thoughts & feelings are angry & LOUD, crashing around inside her mind. And she's trying sing with composure, hence adding nice instrumental, but the crashing sounds are still in the background.

It's like fighting through those angry thoughts & feelings to say what she's trying to say calmly.

I kinda think it's supposed to be uncomfortable. The sound itself reminds me of how it feels to be in that headspace that she describes in the lyrics.

It's also becoming so much more accessible these days. I've been to a few restaurants (one of which was actually in KCMO) that advertised on the menu that they could make any of their cocktails with NA substitutes

Yes same! I have family history of alcoholism, and while I very cautiously tried very small amounts of various alcoholic drinks in college, my body didn't tolerate any of it well. Have been sober since, and I agree, there are some very convincing NA drinks

I've been wondering about this, too. There are alcohol-free wines, liquors, etc. and beverages that aren't even actually made for the purpose of imitating alcohol but can look like alcohol that one could put in a wine glass or other various glasses that traditionally hold their respective cocktails
