Important to note ICE tends to drop off detainees before 9 a.m. and after 6 p.m., which is why people were protesting at 5 a.m. to begin with. It's not because waking up at 4 a.m. was a convenient time for protesters!

We've had fuckups in the White House before, but never a president who seemed so deliberately intent on being a fuckup.
It's been said before, but if these people were actual agents of an enemy power seeking to divide, dismantle and destroy the USA they wouldn't be doing anything different.
Saw on Facebook that some betting site has Mark DeRosa the leader to get the Braves job. Love his personality on TV, and IIRC he managed the US in the last WBC, but I didn't actually watch those.
What's his managerial style like?
Babysitting & just put the kids to bed, so now watching Sox/Yanks. Story's HR the first AB I saw.
Not a fan of how close to Pepe the Frog their Wally homer celebration helmet is
If we can't get HSK to stay, I'd much prefer getting Story over Bichette. But I prefer HSK to Story.
Grisham is the interesting one. When I say I want a legit starter OF to be our 4th, he's what I have in mind. GG defense, sign him to play OF when Drake has to catch or if an OF starter needs a day.
Didn't realize Suarez was hitting the market. Would be cheaper than Iggy most likely, but he's only 1 year younger, so he'd also be a stopgap.
(*cough* Suarez 2yr deal, and get Colby Martin from the Marlins now for Columbus then Gwinnett, then our pen in '27 & closing in '28.*cough*)

Hmm. Personally, I'm a no on Bichette, Cease, & King. (Someone's gonna overpay, inconsistencies, injury concerns, in order.)
We should make a huge offer on Schwarber to force Philly to overpay, because they will.
Lmao at your name for him ๐คฃ
The most recent episode of "If Books Could Kill" does a good job ripping one of his books to shreds
I mean yes this is funny, but the fact that these unconstitutional stormtroopers are so directionless that they literally stand around waiting for random nonwhite delivery guys to bike past them is just pathetic. No mandate, no mission, no clue. Just racism.

27.09.2025 03:02 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0Google search for "is hockey preseason over", which was the autofill I decided to roll with while typing, "is hockey preseason or regular season right now". The AI Overview highlights the sentence "Yes, NHL hockey preseason is over for 2025," before adding "as the schedule ran from September 20 to October 4, 2025, and the regular season began shortly after. The preseason serves as a final opportunity for team evaluations and roster adjustments before the competitive regular season begins, which for 2025-26, started on October 7." So Google's AI thinks it's at least October 8th
Google's dumb AI thinks we're in October already. Yahoo Sports app sent the push notification that the Lightning won and I wanted to see if it was a preseason or regular season game. And well, their AI did technically (unwittingly) give me the correct answer by the end.

Whoever can light that fire the best is who i want (to the point I'm only half joking when I say Joc should retire & we hire him.)
Yeah, I do have to wonder if that hurt someone new like a Nick Allen (but he started hot, so he likely just regressed to his norm.)
And it hurt established guys like Harris/Ozzie. But I think he should get some credit for Drake's approach the way Kranitz does when callups like Schwelly excel
