Tess has the lastest version of their TTRPG focused on body horror, gender identity, surviving the post and fighting the specters of what led us to it. Its got a neat system in which one player is the host, and the second player is the parasite fused to them. Pretty neat stuff!! And certainly kinky~

I love this! This is my favorite silly feature in so many games! I rank it right up there with the old Garriot era thing of making sure you can sit in chairs.

The Halo campaigns are fine and all, but all of my memories of Halo come from the wild and insane things I did in multiplayer with my friends in an experience no other game has really offered to me in such the same way. A graphical "polish" of sorts isn't really incentive to me.

I have been playing American Truck Simulator as my de-stressing game. It has worked wonderful, and its such a fanciful game. For example, IH-35 has very sparse traffic! High fantasy territory there!

I know I keep pushing that as being a nesscecity when and where I can. I do almost all my TTRPGing online right now, and if a game has adequate VTT support or not really makes or breaks a game for me.

Not with the brats in my campaigns!

That's pretty amusing, considering that gaming back in the day on White Wolf's web-based chat client had character creation that emphasized not reaching for 5s in both Exalted and the WoD games outside of extraordinary circumstances and having nuianced, flawed characters.

In the opening game of our Solaris VII tournaments, my two best pilots were killed by head shots. One boiled alive by a critical large laser hit, one crushed by a kick from higher elevation. Those were the only attacks that landed. Battletech is a harsh Mistress.

I am totally late to say this, but damn... Sinners was a really good movie!

I've been reading a lot more lately. Some of the classic Battletech novels, some short stories and novella, gonna finally tackle some of Discworld soon as its avaliable from the library. I feel like I've let the reader slip from me, mostly just reading tabletop RPG books. We are fixing that!

An old roommate of mine was perplexed at how much I enjoyed watching stuff on UFOs, crop circles, ghost stories and such because I was always so very skeptical and rational about that stuff.

But its just as you say. The fantasy of it all can be quite entertaining and sparks the imagination.

Dropout.tv is kinda becoming the comfort TV thing around here, absolutely something worth having with the world around us and all. Easily brings a smile to our faces in a time we really need it.

Well, that's one way to end my dreams for a new Titanfall or C&C... if I didn't buy Fatal Fury from SNK, I sure as hell won't get anything else from EA.

I love webcomics and they had a great deal of influence upon me growing up.
