The Turn-A Gundam from 1999's Turn-A Gundam. A predominantly white humanoid mecha with a red waist, blue torso and yellow shoulders. It stands out with is Moustache V-fin and (literal) cockpit.

H: Y'know, there are many Gundams I adore... but if we're talking purely from a design perspective? Nothing tops the Turn-A in my mind

K: I cannot understate just how much I cackle when, when they first meet each other out of the Cockpit in Char's Counterattack, Amuro LEAPS out of the driver's seat of a jeep to tackle Char off of a horse as the pair then start rolling in the grass, beating the crap out of each other.

K: While Amuro's hair is more Reddish-Brown, I think Char/Amuro counts.

The Rivals to Allies to Enemies is a nice arc for both of them, and Char setting up the events of CCA and leaking tech to the Federation purely to get a fair, high stakes rematch with Amuro is as delightful as it is pathetic.

H: I love the variety in the different Regiments. Everyone can use the same core set of units, but certain regiments have Unique Units, rules that mess with the game itself, or both.

Like Todd, or the Aunts Ascendant.

H: I cannot tell you just how much I adore Elise, nor can I convey with words just inspirational she is to me as someone who is Big and wants to adopt a Goth aesthetic

H: It didn't click that the person being talked about was *Robert* Crumb, but I mean... It makes perfect sense.

This is the same guy that killed off his most well-known character because Bakshi made a couple animated adaptations.

H: Until it's out I am going to hold onto the very faint hope that The Lion being here is a misdirection and they actually end up swerving HARDER into the Blood Ravens being a Thousand Sons offshoot.

Speaking purely as a TSons player.

Being able to play the Prime Trilogy with Keyboard and Mouse was a wonderful experience, but it should work perfectly fine with Controller/Steam Deck controls.

I set it up the first time a year or two ago and it was pretty simple to get going. There may be a bit of ferneggling if you already have Dolphin installed, but it shouldn't be too difficult to get going.

H: While I tend to prefer Gundam series that lean a *bit* more on the fantastical than just on the gritty and grounded, the Gouf Custom vs Ez8 from 08th MS Team is a gem of steel-on-steel Mecha action.

H: I appreciate that even in the face of Gods and Demons, guns are just *extremely* useful in games they appear in due to the potential of free, battle-wide status effects

H: It's especially baffling because like, Soul Hackers 1's gameplay style was unique enough compared to the other pillars that it could fit, stand out, AND work with a lighter budget.

I binged KH1 all the way up to the early game of BBS before burning out. Think it's been long enough to try dipping my toes back in.

Hell. It's why I adore Char: it's so much fun to try and dig around in that guy's messed up head and ask "why did you think this was a good idea? Why did you think this would work? How much do you loathe yourself and how much do you recognize that?"

One of the big reasons I fell hard for Gundam - and UC Gundam especially, is that it still filled the Space Opera hole in my heart Star Wars left, but had enough political and philosophical themes to really dig into and analyze. The 'messiness' of it all only further helped that.

K: I *do* have a friend who would go for that, actually.
