Soup up-cycling update. I took the leftover vegetable soup and added lentils and some chunks of chorizo and poured it over rice to make something hearty.

Today is a day when arts degrees are worthless, but the product of those degrees is so valuable it would kill an entire industry if they were made to pay for it.

What I really wish universities and art schools would start thinking about is how their name could be like an Organic stamp of skill and quality-assurance; that any student associated with their name could say to an employer "I am properly trained and have real skills, and can do my job reliably"
