Second Victim of Dallas ICE Shooting Dies A house painter who had been in the United States for two decades had been critically injured in Dallas by a gunman who the government said was aiming at federal law enforcement officers.

Miguel Ángel García-Hernández, a house painter and father of four from Mexico who was critically injured by a sniper at an ICE facility in Dallas, has died, the second fatality of the shooting, according to Latino civil rights leaders representing his family.
