In 1900, 31% of all deaths were children under the age of 5. Today it’s 0.7%. Vaccines, medications, and modern science are the reason why. Trust the science, it’s been proven to work safely and efficiently time and time again.

The numbers are in. The new maps republicans just passed in Texas reduce Hispanic Texans to one-third of a white person and Black Texans to one-fifth of a white person.

Not even pretending anymore — just saying the quiet part out loud.

People living under fascism didn’t survive by giving up joy—they protected it.

They held onto the things fascism tried to erase: art, friendship, jokes, rituals, language, memory.

Joy isn’t frivolous under fascism. It’s strategic.

This is beyond cruel, especially for young folks who are going through it. Cutting off LGBTQ+ youth from specialized suicide prevention help is a death sentence disguised as bureaucracy.

Shame on every official who signed off on this. You’re not protecting children, you’re abandoning them.
