in really good health news I figured out that taking DAO enzymes in the morning (not directly before eating) works way better and gets rid of a good portion of the histamine anxiety. I'm also trying sodium buytrate and so far I've been waking up earlier and I have more energy during the day!

it DID NOT touch the joint pain, weirdly enough. which makes me think that is something other than mcas inflammation or hpa axis dysregulation. also, steroids did nothing for me in 2023 and 2020 so I'm optimistic I'm on the right track since they do great things for me now!
