Biden had four years to do what was necessary to prevent a second Trump presidency and he didn't do it. He was either unable to figure it out or he thought there were more important things to do. (Biden greeting Trump at the White House in 2025: "Welcome home!") I rest my case.

Say what you will about Andrew Johnson (and there are a lot of awful things to be said) but at least he didn't leave the country in a complete dumpster fire the way Buchanan and Biden did.
