Event advert for "No likelihood? No problem! Bayesian statistics in R", in collaboration with EdinbR. Speakers are Isabella Deutsch, data scientist at smart data foundry and Jordan Richards, lecturer of statistics at the University of Edinburgh. Isabella's talk will be titled "R you ready for ABC? Likelihood-free Bayesian Inference in Action" and Jordan's will be titled "Fast and Amortised Bayesian inference with Neural Estimators". The event will be held on Thursday 27 Feb, 6pm - 7:30pm at LG.11, 40 George Square, the university of Edinburgh.
