In 3 different studios and even from the last one, I've had a lot to say around these areas when it came to marketing. So seeing this makes me feel a bit more vindicated.

The prologue is done (after.. some.. years), and there's still underway of seperate 3 short stories for it after the prologue. But for now, prologue is playable!

I had a somewhat odd crazy but I think workable idea of wanting to offer working for free first but under my own terms and time. Because I know this is gonna sound very stupid but I actually noticed my productivity is a lot better when I don't feel the pressure of salary. Hmm

Because maybe, I mainly want to keep appreciating and continue loving what still exist, and what still matters, and everything and everyone else that's still alive.

So in a lot of ways, my grandma is... like a combination of both my parents. There's a part of me sometimes wished I could have this experience much earlier, then maybe would save us all the heartaches before mom wasn't here anymore.

But... I appreciate this much more.

It's one of the only reasons why I'm grateful I'm still able to speak Mandarin just so I can still able to communicate with her.

Now each time we end our calls, she'll always say 'I love you', and I remember this is bcs my dad used to keep telling her this too.

Recently I found out that my grandma had went to psychiatrist & she got help for her anxiety. The last I saw her, she seemed a little relaxed & the last outing I had with her was the most hugs I gave her.
Since I don't speak Canto, we only speak in Mandarin & tbh,

So I'm just... idk. I still feel the guilt, a bit mildly. But of course I feel utmost gratitude. My grandma is already i his 80s. She's lost her brother, my mom & her 2nd son in the same year (uncle in Jan 2024,my mom passed away in June 2024, my late 2nd uncle in November 2024)

Then later he added "Actually Popo wants to spend more time with you & (my sis) after Ku Ma (my late mom) passed away. Her asking you out to go grocery shopping & to eat is her way of spending time with you two when she couldn't do that much when Ku Ma was still around"

tbh sis & I really rather not be put into debt or feel indebted over groceries & essentials etc. I kinda got concerned so I asked my cousin privately (my cousin is grandma's direct caregiver) abt this & told the same thing.Cousin said "We're family, it shouldn't be any trouble"
