I know a lot of folk that aren't quite into Game of Thrones, House of the Dragon, or that particular brand of fantasy, but if you're at all curious about the show, please check it out, it absolutely deserves your attention, and I cannot recommend it highly enough.

I remember reading the comic adaptations over a decade ago and yearning for more content like it, and while we didn't quite get that in the time since, getting an adaptation that is so faithful and well done is just as good for me.

A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms is so goddang good, y'all. Seeing such a fantastic adaptation of my favorite part of the Song of Ice and Fire universe has been a treat.

I've been meaning to heap the love on for a while but I love how expressive you are with your faces!! You capture so much life and character with your models!

I should also note the game did as well, and continues to be the shining example of why I'll take something flawed but ambitious over just about anything else when it comes to media.

The influence this magazine ad and its importance to me cannot be overstated. Used to have this cut out of a magazine and it was like, the only decoration on my walls for years as a kid, and that Stand Tall & Shake the Heavens was something ten/eleven year old me thought was the coolest shit ever.

Seeing some of these pieces in this level of quality, PLUS the new ones I haven't seen, PLUS that wonderful Nagano art? We am spoiled today.

Over the years I got into other kinds of music, and developed a habit of every five years or so radically changing what I listen to, but going back to this stuff always surprises me at how technically proficient and just, hauntingly beautiful a lot of those bands' songs managed to be.

I don't talk about that kind of music a ton, but the way in my high school and early college years it had a complete stranglehold on me is nuts. I was just obsessed with so many bands of the era, and I think half the songs I knew how to play on bass were from vkei bands.

Shout out to the person doing uploads of old Malice Mizer concerts and music videos in HD, you're really serving a niche that I specifically am all about.

A Black man named Keith Porter was shot and killed by an ICE officer on New Year’s Eve.

Marimar Martinez was shot five times by an ICE officer in Chicago who went on to brag about leaving seven holes in her body.

This is not new but it is expanding.

I'm sorry, but I just think it's very telling when we differentiate between ICE's killing of American citizens versus undocumented immigrants. And I'm seeing that a lot right now.
