I do have a modern AU for Wolfie and Ciel and i want to do mini comics for that one day lol

Wolfie works as a bodyguard for a music venue and Ciel is the lead singer for a small indie band thats on a mini tour.

I guarantee you that worker on the phone can’t do shit. When they say Email is the best form of submitting a complaint- they may be trying to actually be helpful.

And we can fwd those emails to the right department to review.

So when I hear that people are ignoring the advice from someone from a call center to email instead of call- I think we’re wasting our efforts when they’re handing us the best tool to make our voices heard.

I just want to throw in my two cents here as someone who works at a call center.

I can’t tell you how many times someone has complained to me about policy- i tell my supervisor and they ignore the complaint. I tell people to email because its real concrete proof that a customer is mad-
