Y no tiene que ser por medios convencionales, no tiene que ser siempre en terapia de X forma, haz cualquier cosa que te ayude a hacer lo que te cuesta.
Y eso incluye el mejorar el carรกcter, que es de lo que va el post inicial.

Puedes hacer eso que tanto te cuesta, puedes cambiar esa mentalidad, esa rutina o ese hรกbito que tanto te perjudica. Puedes hacerlo, pero es difรญcil, y sรฉ que es mucho mรกs fรกcil autoconvencerse de que eres incapaz porque ser capaz pero necesitas mรกs ayuda y mรกs tiempo duele mรกs, pero SE PUEDE
