Grade II* listed art-deco former hospital set for redevelopment – Constructing London

Detailed proposals for the Grade II* art deco Masonic hospital, which has been disused since 2006 were approved last week by Hammersmith & Fulham Council.

Would provide 140 new self contained dwellings and a 65-bed care home

The Thames Gateway Bridge (TGB) has been axed for good, following the lifting of safeguarding directions.

Plans for 130 built to rent flats on a car park next to Mill Hill Broadway Thameslink station, were approved by Barnet Council on Monday.

The car park has been leased to the joint development venture, Barnet Council own and manage the homes via an management company.

Today proposals on whether to grant permission for another office tower at 63 St Mary Axe, are to be considered by the authorities planning committee.

Proposals for 90 Sloane Avenue were approved last night by the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea in just over 20 minutes.

Scheme will result in a net increase of 4 homes, no onsite affordable or payment in lieu but will be subject to an early and late stage review mechanism.

The judicial review that challenges the GLA’s planning permission to overturn Wandsworth Councils refusal of the Wimbledon Park proposal.

This will be heard in the High Court on 8th and 9th July, during the Wimbledon tennis championships.
