Smiley: Police body-worn camera video from Brown University shooting is ‘graphic’ Mayor Brett Smiley said the city is still sorting through multiple public records requests to determine what police body-worn camera video can or should be released.

Both Mayor Brett Smiley and Providence PD Dep. Chief Tim O’Hara told Target 12 they have watched the police body-worn camera video from the deadly Dec. 13 shooting at Brown University.
