Today even the Speaker told the govt they're out of order.

When the Ambulance Service considered pulling Paramedics on Bikes this winter, our community roared back: NO WAY.

Today I can confirm: the Cycling Response Unit stays 🎉

They save minutes, resources, and lives.

Rural care isn't optional.

Incredible visit to The Beacon in Mundesley - a lifeline for Norfolk kids needing mental health & emotional support.

Disgracefully, govt has excluded places like this from the new breakfast scheme.

I’ll fight to change that. Every child deserves a proper start. 🍽️🔥

In Parliament today, I called for a fair, effective immigration system: one that keeps out those who exploit it and stands up for people fleeing genuine danger.

We can have security AND compassion.

But only if we fix this broken system.

First day back in Westminster, but my heart (and focus) is always in North Norfolk.

Today started with helping local residents via video call, because no matter where I am, supporting our community always comes first.
