Hi Sir,
Could you suggest a suitable journal to submit a membrane protein database? Info includes structure-based seq alignments, residue conservation, homology/AlphaFold models for 3600+ sequences from 2800+ organisms, enabling BLAST, PHYLOGENY, and MSA. It’s the first database for this protein.
