For my Canadian friends, my local EB Games manager says they "should" be getting more codes soon. They're unsure of exactly when/how many but there's a small glimmer of hope.

Same experience. After about 15 minutes on that blank screen I got kicked to the back of the queue. Thankfully in store at GameStop was painless all things considered.
