There's a commercial that shows an upside down cake and every time I see it I think it looks so good and I want one. And then I see this. I've been thinking of making one. It's been a long time since I have. Apparently someone is telling me to make one.

Sunday 8am. “Luckily,” I don’t sleep well anymore so I should be up to watch it. Glad I don’t live on the west coast.

It was ok. Just ok. I got the fish sandwich. Not for Lent. Just a coincidence. It was big. Taking half home. GF got a tuna melt that was ok…just ok. We probably won’t come back. Oh…3% charge for a credit card. 😡

Shouldn’t they be like “OK, that was pretty smart. You’re free to go.”

A bit expensive for a diner. And we’re from New Jersey so we love our diners but this one’s too far to go to on a regular basis. Maybe if we happen to be driving by. GF says the New England clam chowder is really good.

We had a diner in our town that was awesome. Just some place to go to when you weren’t sure what you wanted. But it closed a couple years ago. We’ve driven by this place before and decided to finally stop in.

Undeclared was so good.

Picked these up at Walmart. GF and I aren’t sure if we had the Pepsi before…haven’t opened it yet. The Dew I thought I wouldn’t like because I’m not a big citrus soda fan but I actually liked it. It’s not overly citrusy.

A bit late, but the movie count for January was a lowly 5 movies watched. Some of that because I'm working now, some because I've been watching Homicide: Life on the Street on DVD. (Not pictured...Logan's Run.)

Part of my wonderful (sarcasm) new job is I get to enter all the payments into the system. One by one. People are supposed to send in the little receipt part with their payment. Someone drew this. It made me smile. Just a little doodle but it perked me up for a little bit.
