I was at the thrift store today and they had just been given a box of King books, so there will be more in my Feb haul.

I've heard that from so many. Just started It today only 50 pages in. I'll be camping in a rainforest for a few days from tomorrow so it should be a good immersive read!

Scary I could repost this as mine... Minus the nail polish 😂 The kindle one though I struggle with because I don't want to be that guy but the convenience, the font customization, and once you get a page turner remote it's game over for physical books.

"emotional chokehold" perfectly describes reading this book. All of PRK's books hit, I'm looking forward to his new one coming out in April, already pre-ordered it! Looking forward to seeing your review on this on!

The positive Goodreads reviews (average 4.40!) convinced me to give it a go, and I'm glad I did. Just finished the first story and loved it! Particularly enjoyed the classic creepy tension and atmosphere. I want to save the rest for an upcoming camping trip but I don't think I'll be able to wait!

That's a good project. When are the first recs dropping? I'm trying to think of some dude books I've read, I'm thinking like the A. American series, or Cormac McCarthy am I on the right track?

On the bright side, it just means the story you enjoy lasts longer! 😅 But seriously, this is the perfect predicament for my article in progress. The working title is "A Case for Kindle." Hope Book 2 arrives quickly!
