I rather enjoyed the Royal Rumble this year.

Jey Uso winning the Rumble was a huge shock win, really cool to see a left field pick. Cody/KO was utterly brutal. DIY/MCMG left me speechless but wasn’t wild about the ending.

Only dud was Charlotte Flair winning the Rumble. Far better picks imo.

Seems pretty horrible. My For You page is pretty chilled out, but the bot accounts and toxicity is still all there in waves.

Alright, I’m back - and in a new house!

I’d really recommend it! 2024 was a fantastic year for F1 after a very dull 2023. Lots of different race winners, action on track and a very unexpected Constructors battle. With all the shuffles and new faces on the 2025 grid though, I’d say that’s the season to look out for.

To add: Their older music is fine, they have a few absolute gems in the early stuff but the later discography (really from Rubber Soul onwards) is exceptional. It’s where I really feel The Beatles have been able to make ‘timeless’ music because suddenly everything got way more experimental.

I find it hard to trust anybody who prefers the early Beatles music over their later music.

I’d say he counts as this is his full official season. For 2023, he was fulfilling his reserve role and in 2024, he was Daniel Ricciardo’s replacement for the latter half of the season. This time he’s officially one of the drivers in a seat for the season, so still counts for me.

Internet’s gonna internet I guess. I’m really excited to see Lawson at RBR. Would’ve loved for Yuki to get the seat, but Lawson is a great pick imo.

Any you disagree on? I think generally, it’s likely rookies won’t beat their experienced team mates. Only one which I’m slightly unsure on is Ocon and Bearman. Bearman has shown a lot of pace in that Haas, so I wonder how close the battle will be between him and Ocon?

I am so so excited for F1 in 2025 🤩🤩

I just feel like Hadjar isn’t ready for F1, but the problem is, I don’t know who is within the Red Bull junior program.

If RB wanted a reliable hand, Colapinto makes sense - but I get the sense that Red Bull want to get back to using their junior academy properly.

But Lindblad feels like the guy.

Very likely but it’s not the most inspired choice. Hadjar is fast but he’s also fiery, and I wonder how he’ll cope in the big leagues.

I think it’s all just stop gaps until Arvid Lindblad is ready for F1.

I hope Hadjar does well though. He was impressive this year.

I think Liam Lawson is a great pick for the second Red Bull seat. People will hate on him but he’s had a great F1 career so far and I think he has the right attitude and driving style for that Red Bull car.

Red Bull just need somebody who can work alongside Max and be reliable, so let’s see.

I wonder who gets the final Racing Bulls seat?

I think the front runners are:

- Isaac Hadjar (likely, but is he ready?)

- Ayumu Iwasa (possible, but Honda)

- Franco Colapinto (possible, but outside RBR junior program)

Lots of people like to fancy themselves as knowing better than F1 teams which is rather funny.
