A good time was had by all at The London West Hollywood as the feature film documentary "Billy Idol Should Be Dead" was screened. A very insightful Q&A followed with legendary punk rocker Bill Idol & producer J. Ralph hosted by Oscar winning director Cameron Crowe ("Jerry Maguire"). Billy was GREAT!

The fun never stops in Hollywood! It was lovely to finally meet a composer I've admired for decades recently, Max Richter. His score for "Hamnet" is sublime and I'm sure it will be nominated for an Oscar for 'Best Original Score'. The movie is beautiful, heartfelt and will move your soul.

More Hollywood adventures continue! Honored to have attended a concert/Q&A for "Avatar: Fire and Ash". Participants include; James Cameron (director), Simon Franglen (composer) & Mark Ronsen & Andrew Wyatt (songwriters). Mr. Cameron holds the #1, #3 & #4 spots in top box office hits of all time.

I was fortunate enough to meet some of the most talented stars, directors and composers recently! Honored to have been invited to the private reception/screening for "Sinners". Brilliant film go watch it! Also great to chat with Michael B. Jordan who also starred in "Creed" & "Creed II" & many more.

Listening to this simply beautiful concert work by the late composer James Horner. This was his last completed concert work before his passing. These six parts really speak to my soul. If you’ve not listened to this, you may want to. If this doesn’t move you to tears nothing can.

Many don’t know, but my mother, is quite the artist. She painted this ornament that we hang proudly on our Christmas tree. This is just one of many I’m lucky to have and a treasure every one.

One of my all-time favorites "Scrooge" 1970 starring Albert Finney. I only wish the soundtrack was out on CD or digital for a new generation to enjoy. Hopefully one day. This is the signed Blu-ray by Leslie Bricusse. One of my favorites in my "tiny" collection.

Very sorry to hear that one of my favorite film/TV composers, Klaus Doldinger, has passed away at the age of 89. One of my all-time favorite film scores is "The Neverending Story". Edwin was also a huge admirer of his work.

Just had a wonderful talk with “Scout” actress Mary Badham from TO KILL A MOCKINGBIRD (1962). She could not believe I had this already signed by the late composer Elmer Bernstein. She was friends with Elmer for decades and they adored each other. What a fun day :)

The concert last night was a big big success! So happy for Vince! He deserves it. The audience was very enthusiastic and you could tell they left happy, which is exactly what we all wanted!

Dave Grusin at the piano, nothing more is needed. I think I could listen to him play the theme from On Golden Pond on repeat for days, so beautiful. This album is worth picking up and/or stream.

It’s July 3rd, time to watch one of the best horror movies Return of the Living Dead. Love this soundtrack only wish the score was released. Return celebrates its 40th ann. this year. Lucky to have the original 1985 Restless Records CD signed by the cast.

Sorry to see that legendary songwriter, Charles Strouse, passed away at 96. I'm a big fan of his musical Annie & the movie version though many weren't big admirers. I loved it! Was honored he signed my CD covers & sent a signed copy of his book, which is fabulous & a great read.

Today is the birthday of one of the most versatile, respected & beloved composers of film/TV, my client & friend Christopher Young. In the years I've been with him I've learned so much and have grown to admire and respect him more than I ever could. It's his dramatic side that impress's me the most.
