Duty time is like the walk to the destination…We can simply chat, listen, joke a bit; spend time valuing the time spent…nothing more. Just the moment. That’s a gift.

Don’t be afraid to tell your students that they matter…to you and to our world. Everyone needs to know they have purpose.
