Iβve been cutting back on afternoon caffeine intake. Had a lovely cup today: 1 1/2 tsp. Rooibos, 1 tsp. chamomile flowers, and a pinch of dried rose petals (maybe four petals).
It was really tasty and the few rose petals blended nicely with the chamomile. Definitely recommend. βοΈ π
