Basically this alien Bergola isn’t feeling well, you can overhear a conversation that mentions putting her medicine in her food. You can swipe her medicine bowl, find some food in the kitchen, give it to her, then Bergola and her pals help you out during a boss fight + follow the rest of the quest!

2,500ish hours and 10 years later and SWTOR still surprises me.
