From 1965, The Fannie Farmer Cookbook Chicken Contadine Put in a large pan 2 onions, chopped fine / cup butter or salad oil Cook slowly until the onions are soft. Add to the pan ½ cup Italian vermouth Light with a match, and when the flame dies down, add 1 teaspoon tomato paste ⅛ teaspoon cinnamon 1 teaspoon salt Stir well, add the chicken, cover, and cook slowly until tender (30 to 60 minutes). Serves 6.

We're rolling through the week, & Fannie Farmer is bringing this dish from 1965. With only 6 ingredient's t can't be that hard to make. Right? What do you think? Would you give this one a try?
