I have over a decade til the teen years happen and I’ll never be ready.

I am so tired, but the state of things keeps me awake. I don’t think I doom scroll so much as hope scroll in search of an anecdote, or news that offers a little peace. I feel silly for being this way under a shield of privilege that keeps MY day-to-day pretty normal, but I worry for other people.
