It's not even conducive to grinding because normal enemies are so hard and you run out of resources so fast and can't replenish. Then you have to fight all 4 elemental lords in one go. ๐ซ

Even the SNES version always felt janky to me but this time it's just confusing. I wouldn't even say it's HARD really more than "wait why did that happen? how is my character dead?"

Another good one I watched recently is Hellmaster which is about a Nietzsche-obsessed college professor hiding on campus and building weird mutants in a secret lab.
