I highly recommend anyone who is neurodivergent or knows someone who is neurodivergent give this book a read. So basically everyone. If you struggle with your own problems just know that you deserve whatever help and grace you need too. You are not a problem. β€οΈ

It wasn't super helpful because I didn't own what I needed either, but it changed the way I saw myself. I changed from seeing my struggles as something I had to just fight through to seeing my struggles as part of what makes me special and deserving of help and grace.
