There’s only 2 booked seats for the six showings of Melania at my local Vue over today and tomorrow. One of which is ‘booked’ because the seat is out of order and has been for a while. Out of the 571 tickets available, only one has so far been purchased (yes, I counted the seat maps for each screen)

Another one that still creeps me out is the original The Strangers. Just that scene of him standing in the darkness behind her (basically just the poster) will always unnerve me!

Exactly this bit made me shit myself. But the downside for me is I know exactly what happens with every rewatch so it’s lost its impact 😭

I’m exactly the same. Pretty much no film scares me anymore. I still enjoy horror films, but I’ve had nothing that lingers afterwards for a long time 😕

Anyone got any recommendations for the best website to order decent quality movie posters in the UK? The house is filled with my partners favourite artists, so I want our home office where I work out of most the week to have what I want, I just don’t want to order crap!

My nearest Picturehouse is show Cléo From 5 to 7 in February, so of course I’ve had to book a ticket 😍

They’re also doing a run of other French New Wave films because of the release of Nouvelle Vague, so I may be tempted to go a few times 😬
