First local public charging spot (Greater Boston) to receive a J3400/NACS connector where a CHAdeMO would previously be specced.

Just the beginning of what will be a drawn out transition to a single connector type. Net positive but expect to see CCS1 handles around well into the next decade.

Interesting match up between the current North American IONIQ siblings.

Neither the ride height nor the cargo capacity of the 6 turned out to be a significantly restricting factor compared to our IONIQ 5.

Still prefer a hatch overall, but the 6 is the better driving experience.

Starting in January 2024, production workers at Honda's U.S. auto plants will receive an 11% wage increase. That's the exact percentage UAW workers just won at the Detroit 2.5.

What Is a Plug-In Hybrid? How Does It Work? It’s a regular hybrid—and it's also an electric car with no more than 60 miles of range. Not surprisingly, that can confuse a lot of car shoppers.

I seem to be writing a lot of EV explainers, which suggests a much larger group of car shoppers are now searching online for info on cars that plug in.

Here's my take on perhaps the MOST misunderstood type of #EV: the plug-in hybrid.
