The drive home was a cacophony of multiple alerts on 3 phones, radio emergency broadcasts and near zero visibility in St.B.
Sadly no mother ships emerging from the dark clouds, cuz the way things are going I wouldn't be shocked.

Bad idea. Now I got the sugar shakes. When will I learn.

A rando said something to me in unprovoked anger/rage a few days ago, it was humiliating and he unknowingly cut deep into one of my (many) failings. As a result I've not left the house and my self-confidence is shattered. I'm usually a stone cold rock, so the place I'm in is unfamiliar.

Spent morning cleaning up site, plastic Subaru bits all over the place. Minor - the Bell fiber line to garage snapped, easy enough fix. Major - Hydro put new pole a foot over making my driveway narrower. Pending landscaping needs to be redrawn... frig.

Hydro now in process of replacing pole and power JUST went off so, much for Netflix later. Badger waiting down the lane for excavation, quite the production for a moment's inattention.

That pole saved my garage.

So, this happened a few minutes ago. Lots of drama in my driveway.

Is there an insect in Winnipeg that can result in what seems almost like a burn on the leg? Size of a hand, red and sensitive with clear puss blisters. Like we got fire ants or something up here now?

Would love to ride the bike tomorrow however seems I've misplaced the key. I'm flummoxed as to where it might be.

Have a very costly & needed device with a damaged USB connector - got bent and a data pin has pulled up it's pad and broken the trace. Even under my digital microscope that line is maybe 2 hair's width, ends at some weird transistor package the size of a period. Gonna need a surgery robot ffs.
