I don't think Maximal can ever be "sympathetic" as a character. In fact, they'll probably be even more completely irredeemable after this chapter. I still really want to do their *motivations* justice and I think that's coming together nicely.

Plus lots of death and murder.

Writing Maximal Value as the perspective character while also trying to establish Shalquoir's identity more, especially after Sabik stole all my focus in Chapter 1, has been a huge fucking pain. That said, I *do* like having a puzzle to solve!

Took the week off for American Thanksgiving and so far I've managed another 1,500 more words on Roses Under Glass Chapter 2. Think I'm starting to reach a critical mass of "manic writing energy" again.

Finally got around to this and devoured it, potentially the hottest just completely unabashed porn I've read ♡♡♡♡♡ it has everything and doesn't let up until the last word.

Went for a nice little walk in the cold today and was struck with a lightning bolt of energy to get back on Roses Under Glass Chapter 2.

I just suddenly remembered that being completely insane is what made me so energized to write the first part, so I should just do that again this time.

Really expected the two female leads to wind up together by the end, though? Without getting into spoilers, it really feels like it's heading in that direction for the whole second half and then just... never crosses that particular finish line.

Finished up Eirksholm: The Stolen Dream over the weekend! Definitely the first "Mimimi-style" stealth game that's clicked for me, probably because it REALLY eases you into that whole genre.

Tight little story with great production values, too. Makes me want to go back to Shadow Gambit and such.

Work hit me with another (admittedly small) narrative project right as I thought I was done for the year.

While it's VERY cool, I also think the whiplash gave me and an anxiety attack that I channeled into writing 1,000+ words of shock collar girl training in 20 minutes.

Always be wary of a smooth talking businessperson with an answer to all of your problems~

Especially if they have a dataspike that can rewrite your mind to their whims!
