If you're using AI to write essays, eulogies, a text to your wife, I do think less of you as a person. Ceding your mental and creative abilities to a machine is an embarrassing thing and people should be ashamed to admit doing it in public.

Y’know, I honestly thought I’d feel way more FOMO over not having a Switch 2 especially after DK dropped.

But, idk. With the whole game key card situation, maybe I don’t even want one at all at this point. Might just go buy some more games for my PS5 and get back into that.

I just didn’t like an episode from a TV series. The only episode in a great new season of this show, that I love, which simply didn’t do it for me.

It’s not that deep.

I think they’ve struck a really nice balance between topical stuff and more character focused stories, though I will admit it takes a few episodes for the humour to really start hitting again.

But the most important thing is the heart is still there and I’m just happy to see these characters again.

Finished the first batch of Wonderfully Weird World of Gumball. Probably one of the most seamless continuations of an animated series. Really does feel like the show never went away.

Favourite episodes are easily The Assistant, The Traffic, The Teacher, The Letter, The Pool and The Amadain.

Mainly just my YouTube recommendations showing me new rant videos that are somehow not from 10 years ago, but the past few weeks.

The Butts is the worst episode of Gumball for me. Not just “Wonderfully Weird World” but the entire series.

What an utter waste of a Principal Brown spotlight.

It’s 2025 and people are still using their finite time and energy in this life to complain about SpongeBob on the internet.

Like, just get a new hobby

My only real complaint is that everything feels much smaller than the original run. Even when it’s trying to do the big, action heavy climax, it feels rather mundane compared to how out there the older episodes got.

I’m really enjoying the new episodes of Gumball so far but it’s really throwing me how aggressively hip the dialogue is trying to be.

Like this show has always been steeped in internet culture but having the characters casually say “that was cringe” or “slay” is something else.

I love the idea that Bowser isn't actually a villain and that his "evil" plots are merely the result of him being atrocious at flirting.

I'd rather listen to Will Arnett order me to eat a Reese's 100 times over than have one more ad tell me my life is worthless if I don't enlist in the navy.

As far as my internet is concerned, i've been living in Canada for the past year, and I couldn't be happier. On top of not having to deal with this bullshit, I love getting to watch YouTube without being bombarded with constant British military propaganda.
