I lost a bidding war this morning for a set of doujins I really wanted to snag & the listing ended up selling for over $500...

I just noticed the disc contents page in the magazine this demo comes from calls the game "Kanan"...

Anyway, I'll be dumping this disc soon, stay tuned...

This might be a shock to most of you but I know disappointly little about Touhou & haven't engaged w/like any media from it. I know of its impact on the doujin world & w/o Googling I think Bad Apple is Touhou but... that's all I got.

Something cool I found on an old JP site is this note under "Tsugunai" fan art posted in 2000 where the artist wonders if calling the game a "VN" is accurate:

The difference in desks between the male & female are cool but I find it funny that only the male has what I think is an eraser. Girls aren't allowed to make mistakes...?

One thing that made "Yume☆Iro Iro" for PS1 stand out as a love simulation game in 1998 was the ability to choose between a male & female protagonist, effectively changing the entire game. The love interests are entirely different depending on the choice. This is all on 1 disc.
