Helsinki's scheme saw thousands of homeless people given housing and support, saving lives and bringing more people to the workplace (moral and economic win)

Great read! I work for two Middle Eastern magazines and I've come to find that the regions within are incredibly strategic with the way they operate with other countries. War/crimes/scandal are not necessarily deal breakers when it comes to growth.
